Sauls Ranch East
Sauls East is located in the City of Round Rock, Texas, and consists of 225 single family fee simple residential lots.

Development:
Negotiated a development agreement with the City of Round Rock for annexing the project into the city limits and acquired permission to prairie build on the project.
Critical Features:
Built over two phases, Sauls Ranch East involves environmental considerations, specifically addressing floodplain and karst features. The initiative focused on extending the Brushy Creek Trail, navigating through floodplain and karst geological features. Additionally, the project is slated for annexation into the City of Round Rock.
Foxfield
Located in the City of Austin, Texas, Foxfield consists of 122 single-family residential lots and 15 condominium units.
Wilson Trace
TopMar Construction installed additional wastewater and storm drain to service two commercial parcels along Brushy Creek Boulevard in the City of Cedar Park, Texas.

Development:
Assisted in successfully negotiated a comprehensive development agreement with the City of Cedar Park to oversee the entire project. As part of our management role, MileStone supervised the construction of the Amenity Center, which includes the pool, playscape, and bathrooms. Additionally, MileStone prairie built many of the units.
RM 150 Street Improvements
Arterial Road Improvements – Kyle, TX
Location: Hays County
Description: The project involves widening over 2,000 linear feet of RM-150 in collaboration with TxDOT. The expansion aims to enhance traffic flow and safety, with specific focus on accommodating the needs of the Sage Hollow project. This includes the addition of turn lanes to facilitate smoother traffic movements in the vicinity of Sage Hollow. Coordination was necessary for traffic controls to keep existing traffic moving smoothly.
